PROJECT: East Looe

Extensive glazing and balcony areas on the Western elevation capture the magnificent views of the river, and raised balustrades on the sides offer an increased level of privacy.

The challenging site is significantly raised up from the road and has neighbours in close proximity.

We were commissioned to design a pair of semi-detached houses on a site previously accommodating three apartments.

The overriding theme of the proposal is based on contemporary architecture within a traditional setting.

The project is currently on site, and is due for completion by the end of the year.
