A simple palate of white render, timber cladding and grey aluminium windows create a relaxed, unpretentious, seaside façade. This is enhanced by glazed folding doors, and a terrace that extends  the length of the elevation to the stair tower, which contains a glazed viewing area.

Space Design were appointed to design a contemporary dwelling for a local family on a sloping site with outstanding sea views. The dwelling was designed to benefit from many environmentally friendly features such as solar panels, heat pumps and natural ventilation.
