PROJECT: Portwrinkle
The large side extension provided an additional sun lounge with a raised deck that is protected by the roof cheeks. This creates a space which can be occupied in most weathers and offers dramatic views to the South Coast and Portwrinkle Beach.
The project consisted of extensive internal and external remodelling of an existing dwelling in a prominent location, to include a side extension, garage conversion and a loft conversion.
The works included improvements to the existing south facing lounge and bedroom, establishing higher ceilings and larger glazed doors.
