PROJECT: Plymouth

The overall design considerations for the works are sympathetic with the architectural style of the existing and surrounding buildings, with the external walls rendered and repainted. Windows were replaced with UPVC units to match the existing.

Biodiversity features were added to the communal landscaping.

Awarded the LABC South West Regional Winner of Best Change of Use Building.

The project involves the redevelopment of an existing office building into six self-contained, two-bedroom apartments with a parking space for each dwelling and additional visitor spaces.
